20 year old singer/song writer Ed Sheeran, rising star, recently released a music video “you need me” and instead of having a typical video, Ed wanted something different that had never been done before so decided that his music video would consist of mainly sign language. 

The video features 17 year old actor Mathew Morgan who signs the entire song, although Mathew is fluent in BSL as both his parents are deaf the song isn’t full BSL, the language is used to enhance the lyrics and the signing involves no lip pattern nor facial expression, however even though it isn’t full BSL, it is still a fantastic music video and creates awareness for the British sign language.
